Private Coaching Application
Every Essential Strength client works 1-on-1 with a Master's-level coach. It starts with a 60-minute diagnostic assessment, becomes a fully individualized program, and is delivered in a private, appointment-only facility in East Liberty. We keep our roster small — this application helps us make sure it's the right fit before we invest a session in you.
